Welcome to Rural Development Uganda (RDU). We are a non-profit organization registered in Uganda. We reach out to the most rural areas of the community to conduct research, analyze the community needs, discuss solutions and come up with strategies that address community problems.

Our main focus is to fight ignorance by creating avenues for children to access basic formal education, vocational training and talents development for the youth; Functional Adults Literacy for the illiterates and the elderly and teaching entrepreneurship skills to women.

Our work is made possible by the in-kind contributions of friends from the communities we serve, non-government organizations working in the same field, faith-based organizations and local government agencies at the grassroots.
